Plaid, a game of equations.
A downloadable game
Plaid is a game of simple math and quick thinking. Race your opponents around the track in this easy to learn but hard to master retro board game inspired print and play!
How to play:
Use a dice to jump over other dice. The dice that you jump over can either add or subtract to the number that's being used to jump.
For example: If one were to pick up a die with a value of "2", then jump over a "4" and a "1" and another "1", then one could say that 2=4-1-1, which is a legal move. Another example would be that if I pick up a die with the value "5" and jumped over a "2" and then a "3", then one could say that 5 = 2+3. Then, you would move that amount of dice you jumped over as spaces around the track as you race your pawn against enemy pawns.
However, a few specific rules are in place to level out play and prevent infinite jumping, etc.
Included are a couple of house rules and a fun single-player variant!
